wiloh
Hello. I came up with a small mod i hope someone is willing to make. Simply you take away the need for skillpoints. If you need lvl 40 in sneaking to not trigger pressure plates, you don't have to actually put a skill point into that specific skill, it gets skilled automatically once you reach lvl 40 in sneaking, i hope that was understandable. Some might say that i could just give myself unlimited perk points and then level everything up as i progress, but that wouldn't have the same feel to it. I think this feature is kind of already in the ACE combat mod in the smithing tree. Feedback and thoughts are welcome :)
Xander9009
So, what you're saying is you want perks to be unlocked as soon as you have the skill level to unlock them? If so, have a look at this mod: Auto Perk/Stats/Level. You have to configure it in an ini, but it'll get the job done. Three notes. First, by default it is set to use SkyRe perks. It's very easy to turn off, but if you don't, then it won't work unless you have SkyRe. Second, it also has the ability to take over your levelups entirely, alter your jump height, and lots and LOTS of other things. You'll have to configure that to your liking. But it is entirely possible to get it so it does nothing but give you the perks as soon as you're a high enough level. Third, you cannot add new perks to it. It runs with a predefined set of perks. You can change the level at which perks are gained, so if a mod changes WHEN a perk is available, you can properly set this to work with that, but you cannot add new perks. SkyRe is an exception. It is built to be compatible with SkyRe. I don't use it anymore, but it's still in my folder, just not being used. It's apparently no longer being worked on by the person that made it, but it may still be updated by someone who helped him along the way. For vanilla skyrim (non-SkyRe), it shouldn't need updated anyway. Most of the updates seem to be to account for changes in SkyRe. I'm not in any way associated with the mod makers or the mod itself, so I can't give definitive help on it, but if you decide to use it and have a question, I might be able to answer it since I used it for quite awhile. wiloh
thanks, this mod probably does it. but it's with SkyRe 0.99 and nor 1.3 and the author says it might be risky to activate it mid game on your character so i think I'll skip it. Would be nice if someone could have the time to update it though, or make a standalone version. For now i think I'll make the uncapper give me like unlimited perk points so i can put in the points myself. Thanks anyway!
