theHunter: Call of the Wild Using the Mod maker?

So I'm going to use the new "mod builder" tool uploaded by "mvision69" and was wondering exactly how you use it? It creates Json files, but what do you do with those files and where do you place them? Is this tool any use for someone like myself who knows nothing about "modding?" Are these types of files relevant to a non programmer like me?

 

EDIT.... Well, I must say that the "Mod Builder" is a work of art and has made the COTW a much better game to play now.

Thank you so much for this gem, you're a diamond. If I knew how to add a mod, I'd put less recoil, better ammo quantity buying options and more realistic mag sizes in there as well. Still, I'm loving this as it gives the player the option of customising the game to suit their own preferences and style. A really BIG shout out to those involved.
