Mod Request: Horse manes and tails

A lot of horses have their own special colour for the manes and tails, So if you want a certain design for your mane and tail, You can't have the base colour, Why can't a mod exist that adds the option to change the manes and tail, And keep the original colour? The obvious example for me, Is the Pinto Foxtrotter, It has pure white mane and tail. Which can't be selected in colour settings of the design choices, I still want the same colour, I just don't like how the Foxtrotter Mane goes over the horses eyes, I know that was awkward to understand but I'm sure someone gets me

Changing the texture of the mane/tail (long, short, wild, etc) and still using the same color code, the color of the mane and tail will be different. A lot of the colors have gradients to them and it depends on where on the gradient the texture pulls from (for lack of a better description).
