Deleted3576383User Posted July 14, 2023 Share Posted July 14, 2023 My guess is that you selected an option when reinstalling Windows to keep the user files.I haven't reinstalled Windows 11, but in the past there was an option to wipe and do a clean reinstall or to 'repair' and reinstall only system files.
