anchorage/pitt - no radio signals!

I have the pitt and operation anchorage both installed, and i am not getting a radio signal, been playing for a good 2 hours now with them installed :(

Do you play with 1.0.0.15 or higher official patch? There are some mistakes in your mod loading order, for clues and sample load order, look HERE.

i use the program suggested in the how to guide to auto-arrange my load order. However it makes mistakes, running FO3Edit tells me the mistakes in the load order, so i arrange them till they work. However I found the problem was with the fake patch. Upgraded to 1.4 official patch, no problems sense, all my DLCs work now, as well as all my mods.

Which radio signals, the ones from the Wasteland? I've only played the Pitt so far but you do realize it is far away from the Wasteland, right? I wouldn't expect to still hear GNR, etc.
