Changing error message "You cannot change weapons when attacking"

Is there a way to change that message to "You are too busy to change equipment"? It makes more sense when you try to change equipment when casting spells, or change armor when attack/casting.

Yes, in Construction Set under Gameplay->Settings... there are three string variables - "sAnimationCanNotEquipArmor", "sAnimationCanNotEquipWeapon" and "sAnimationCanNotUnequip". You can edit them as you like.
