i tried to download : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/60765?tab=description manual and with vortex neither of them worked. All other mods work so far its only this mods that keeps failing

It is downloading it just fails at 275 mb

I've been able to download that file successfully. I would imagine there's something going on with your connection. Have you tried downloading that file from a different CDN server?

yea i still have the same problem and i tried every file server including CDN and it still doesnt work

That's odd. You can see from the mod page the file has been downloaded ~280,000 times and there haven't been any other complaints about it specifically so I'm afraid it might be ISP shenanigans.

 

If you have access to a VPN you might be able to try using it to see if it bypasses whatever is causing the problem.
