Hi, I'm having some serious issues with my download speeds in regards to downloading from Nexus. I get about 1G down (various speed tests). but on Nexus, my downloads are topping at 2.8mb/s down. The troubleshooting steps do not reflect that speed, they're faster than what I am getting in reality but are still really slow. The last file I actually downloaded from Nexus was the LE3 Diversification project and that took about 30 mins or so for a 3.7 GB file. Oh, and I changed to all of the servers, especially the CDN server, yet the speeds still topped out at 2.8 MB/S while trying to download an actual mod file after I downloaded the test files the troubleshoot page had me run through. Below are the results from the troubleshooting steps I followed. Thank you in advance.

We've had a few reports from Comcast customers lately, it seems like they are throttling/shaping your traffic which will cause slowdowns.

 

If you're using Vortex, try increasing the number of download threads in the Settings -> Downloads section or you may also want to try using a VPN.

Thank you for the response PickySaurus. Sorry it took so long to respond, I'm not much of a social media person and wasn't aware someone had responded. The issue was resolved, it wound up being a broken underground line from my property to comcast.
