pipboy = gone :(

I started a new character and I dont have a pipboy, i tryed to make a new char 3 times and there is no pipboy on his arm, what could be causing this, because its a pain in the arse not to be able to access my inventory\

You're meaning that, after the bday party, you don't get a pipboy?. It may be that somebody screwed up the relevant script by accident, or you installed a mod that hides the pipboy and forgot to add the relevant esp file, or you installed a mesh replacer of the pipboy and the texture is missing (becoming invisible).
