UVIII-Critical Mess not working

My problem is that I have this activated and the game runs perfectly but there is not any of the mods content being loaded in. the keybinding menu never shows up and I cannot use anything from this mod, I already have gotten the NIFSE1.0 and NIFSE1.1 and both work because of the file it creates is there every time I run the game but still no content; here is my load order-

only use 1 version of NIFSE i recommend NIFSE1.0 since UVIII requires version NIFSE 1.0

 

also:
be sure to have the latest offical oblivion patch installed

and to have OBSE 20 or higher installed

 

also:
UVIII has to be the last mod on your load order (unless Immersive weapons tolt u im wrong then not)

No use 1.0 or HIGHER. That means use NifSE 1.1, and nothing else. Other than that I don't know why it wouldn't work. Make sure to rebuild your bashed patch, and if you're using no bashed patch with FCOM... then, oh no...
