Character standing like a T with no mobility or animation

Wtf is wrong with it?

 

 

I haven't played Skyrim for months now, I just tried to get back into it but my character is unusable. Inside or out of character creation it's all the same.

 

I don't have any mods installed that do anything that should mess with the character in that way... No skeleton mods or whatever. Perhaps installing one would help though?

 

I'll try it, but in the mean time yea. What's going wrong?

Sorry, not like a T, just with the arms out away from the body but definitely not like a T.

this happened to me when i tried an idles mod. Removed the mod and everything was fine.

You must have some kind of animation installed and it's not working properly.

 

In skyrim/data/tools you should find FORE's FNIS generator tool for users. You need to have FORE's FNIS mods (for most animation mods to function) and you need to run the generator tool every time you add or remove a mod that has animations.

 

My guess is that since you haven't played it in some time you no longer have an animation mod you were using before and since you didn't run the FNIS generator your character is standing in the well known T formation.

I forgot I had that Fores mod. I ran Generate FNIS and entered the game, problem solved.

 

I guess forgetting about important little things about your little mod biome is an annoying part of dropping out away from the game for a few months.

i have the same problem and i ran the fores thing but it didnt work, i think its because of the dual sheath patch thing, i get a popup daying i dint instal the patch even though i did
