Parts of the player house aren't loading

So, I am playing a modded version of Stardew Valley, maybe it's a sort of mod conflict but I could have swore I didn't see any conflict anywhere. When I upgraded the kitchen area, it simply wasn't there.

And now that I did the second upgrade, the whole thing just freezes on the day the upgrade is supposed to finish.

When I load the game, these are the last few lines of errors

Anyone else got this issue? Any help offered would be appreciated.
