Game crashes on start up

Okay, so I'm not new to modding, but I'm not exactly great at it. I've installed a bunch of mods, got FOSE, used BOSS to get the load order done, downloaded compatibility patches for some of the mods and it still doesn't seem to start up. My laptop is good enough to handle the game seeing as it auto detected it at High Quality settings. I guess I'll post my load order for you all to see if there's any problems. Although the sooner I get help the better, I understand that this forum may not be as active as the ones for the newer games, so any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried running FO3edit to see if there are any problems and also create a merged patch?

Nvm. Try running BOSS and fo3edit.

 

99% of the time a CTD on startup means you have a plugin active that is missing a master that it needs.

What are your system specifictions? There are very few laptops that can run the vanilla game, let alone one that has been modded. Also, did you ever have the vanilla game running before you added the mods?
