I need help with High_Rez_Skin_Textures_for_Exnems

Im using the mod High_Rez_Skin_Textures_for_Exnems to make my female charas look a bit less like men, from the neck down everything is good when nude. The problem is the face, i followed the readme but the face is still the default manly face, where do i set it so the mod face sets in place?

You mean face shape? That's what you have to make. You will need to be familiar with Facegen slider, or if you can't, get nice custom races which use custom head mesh, or copy face from other's saved game, or..... SI Facegen Modeller and Facegen to Oblivion converter can do magic to vanilla races, like this.
