Add "solved" flag for tech support forum post authors

Like the title says.

 

I often see posts that are solved, that just sit there looking as if they aren't.

 

Of course, It's not the end of the world but it can be a bit annoying at times

 

Many other sites allow editing topic titles. I understand why you might not want to allow that, but imo there ought to be some way for a topic author to mark the topic as solved, at least in tech support and similar forum posts.

Skyrim SE in my case. I know you folks are always busy with this or that, so there's no urgent need, but (imo) it would be nice at some point, and I think it'd provide additional value to people seeking answers, to know that a given problem declaration actually has an answer/working-solution (reduced wading through posts).
