cppcooper
I don't know what's up, a price mod should be simple enough to setuo right?Change the value, and maybe the weight to help balance. Then check it off in your load list.. and load into your save to find that a test with a gold emerald ring which should be worth 420gold is only worth 160g and DOES infact have a very distinctive weight of 500 pounds. (Testing purposes) Don't know wtf is up with that.. Does anybody else?

SavageArtistry
This has already been done. If you look here at this mod: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View...ail&id=2000 it's part of the "Other_MOE_PF_Plug.7z." Be aware however that this mod adds weights to things like garlic and poison apples, so you can't reverse pickpocket them for Dark Brotherhood quests. It's easy enough to take the weights back off those items if you can use the CS. I've done that for myself as a matter of fact.
cppcooper
I. IntroductionModular Oblivion Enhanced is an improved remake of the Oblivion Enhanced mod. The purpose of this mod is to enhance the Oblivion gameplay by adding a bit more realism and a greater sense of freedom, unlocking some hidden / restricted game content / features (although this is not a cheat mod nor a nude content enabling mod), fixing bugs, adding improvements, adding new features, but also old features that were included in older Elder Scrolls games (especially Morrowind) but not in Oblivion. Unlike Oblivion Enhanced, which has tons of features merged into one big plug-in, Modular Oblivion Enhanced is split into many plug-ins. This makes it much easier for users who are interested only in certain features of Oblivion Enhanced. Modular Oblivion Enhanced also focuses on mod compatibility issues. 100% compatibility with all Oblivion mods in existence is simply impossible, but with this remake you can expect a huge improvement. Many players have reported huge improvements in compatibility with other mods since Oblivion Enhanced v13. This mod has reached its last version. I will no longer continue working on it unless a tweak or major bug fix is needed. This mod is mainly for an obsolete version of Oblivion anyway. I might move on and start a "Modular Shivering Isles Enhanced" mod, but, overall, I will leave this mod as it is. By downloading this mod, you acknowledge that you have a functional copy of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Requirements: The Elder Scrolls IV: OblivionHighly Recommended: The Official Oblivion Patch 1.1.511 (the mod may or may not work correctly without it)Price: Modular Oblivion Enhanced is an unofficial, completely free mod. Do not let anyone fool you into purchasing it. Anybody who is selling Oblivion mods is breaking the law.Voice Acting: All the new dialogue in M.O.E. is lip-synched That isn't what I want here. I want the prices that I took 3 hours to set to work instead of having a bunch of stuff I don't need, and probably prices that I dont want either. I don't want to search through the giant page for another 3 hours, to find the particular mod, than spend some more time changing the prices in it. Besides I only changed prices of clothes and dishes/cutlery. Thank you for your help. I just don't think that mod will do me any good.

I know it's a huge mod which is why I went to the trouble to point out exactly which zip file the price mod is in. If you need more specific, the file name is "M.O.E. - Realistic Prices, Realistic Weights, No Quest Items.esp" Also in your opening post you didn't mention you were having problems with a mod you yourself had made. I thought you were making a request.

Well if all I can get for help is a mod reference I guess I'll have to TRY to contact the author. He obviously got it to work.

I'm not even sure I'm understanding what you want, but just hazarding a guess, would it not be easier to load that particular esp file into the CS, and then delete everything in it that you don't want? If you delete/ignore the references you don't want at the time you are loading the plugin, you can easily get rid of anything you don't want - that is assuming that this esp is even a good starting point for what you're trying to do. cppcooper
What I want is for that 3 hours to not have been in vain. I would never abandon a programming project because of an illogical problem. I seek help or scrounge through hundreds of lines of code til I realize why it makes perfect sense why its doing what its doing. Then fix it. So that is precisely what I aim to do here. Only I don't see any other way of fixing it than asking folks. I am still searching for a solution if anybody knows the issue, or wants to take a look at the esp
XJDHDR
Did you change the prices through a script or by directly modifying the items?
cppcooper
Did you change the prices through a script or by directly modifying the items? I directly modified them. I went through the item lists and changed their value properties to what I thought their prices ought to be.
