bowiemakarov Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 I'm not sure why this is happening but archive invalidation invalidated is not working AT ALL for me. I'm running windows 7, I use steam, and the nexus mod manager. I tried using the archive invalidation that was on there but it hasn't worked.. I also tried downloading the mod and just doing it manually but that didn't work either I'm still getting red exclamation marks. At this point I'm just completely lost on what to do next so if anyone could point me in the right direction to fix this It would be much appreciated. (this is happening for both F03 and New Vegas.)
bjornl Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 How many mods have you installed? The max total (including the game files) is 139. You said 'THE MOD' implying a singular mod is giving you a problem. Which makes the obvious questions: Have you tried a different mod? Have you read the install instructions for the mod? Have you tried unpacking the file you are downloading to see if it includes all the files? Also what is the name of the "THE MOD".
bowiemakarov Posted December 25, 2013 Author Posted December 25, 2013 I'm talking the archive invalidation mod. I've downloaded like less than 10 mods and the ones I have downloaded aren't work right because of archive invalidation.
luthienanarion Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 The red exclamation markers are shown in place of a missing mesh file. Archive invalidation has absolutely nothing to do with those markers, and that is why applying it doesn't fix your issue.
