I wanted to play fallout 4 again after a few years and i wanted to install some mods first, so i dit but some of my mods are not working. For example my piper replacement mods not working at all and my hiding helmet mods are not working too, i tried 3 different mods i tried to open vortex in administrator mode but it gave me an error about its not meant to be opened in that way. Some of my mods work and some of it just doesnt work, i dont know why, and vortex doesnt say anything about it too, in the paper everything works just fine but in game my mods actually not even there. Can someone help me?

If it has been a few years, a refresher might help. Start here:

Well i already did those things and as i said i have some mods working already like no affinity cooldown or CBBE body enhancer but true hidden helmets or piper replacement mods are not working and that is my problem, some of my mods are working just fine and some is not, and idk if it has anything to do with it but i use windows 11.

Another common error is mistaking Mods tab for Plugins tab when asked if plugins are all enabled.

Double checked and yea i believe i can see all the plugins says enabled, after a bit of messing around i found that there is a yellow warning sign when i click the mod twice, the mod is up to date and the game is up to date but maybe it has something to do with? idk.

That's just an improper versioning warning, which isn't an issue.

That mod in particular is only a plugin - if it's not working than likely needs to be loaded lower in plugins tab index or is incompatible with other things in your mods tab. Try making a new profile to test with only their dependents to confirm.
