Crafting New Calibers ammo with Manufacturing Possible?

Last time I played through Fallout 4, stuff like manufacturing wasn't a thing and I'm toying around with getting an ammo factory up and running. Using New Calibers and Weaponsmith Extended and all that stuff, but when I go into the terminal, I can only select between 10mm, .308, .38, and 5mm rounds to be made with the ammunition plant. Anyone know if it's even possible to get it to recognize all the new ammo types from New Calibers?

I haven't tried it, but if all you have to do is change what you manufacture, you can probably just rewrite the properties.
