We see a lot of problem with Spectrum as they tend to manipulate/throttle your traffic to our servers.

 

Can you confirm if your speed is still slow downloading directly from the site?

 

In Vortex, can you try increasing the thread count in the download settings?

Hi,

Thanks for responding. I would prefer to download straight from the website which is what I usually do, but increasing the thread count significantly increased the download speed on vortex. This will be plenty good enough to use for now. Thank you for helping.
