7.5KBps download speed. What is this, 1999?

I know I shouldn't complain about free stuff. But this situation never happened before.

 

Country : Indonesia
ISP: Telkomsel
Average Download Speed: ~5MBps

Amsterdam: "file not downloaded. Potential security risk".
LA: "file not downloaded. Potential security risk".

25MB file: https://supporter-files.nexus-cdn.com/2702/225/claire%20College%20girl%20no%20backpack-225-1-0-1557995019.rar only gets 7.5KBps

2.4GB file: https://supporter-files.nexus-cdn.com/2702/995/HD%20Texture%20Pack-995-3-0-1667539849.rar also gets around 8KBps.

But smaller files under 10MB gets download speed of 3MBps, which is normal.

I'm afraid you didn't provide the full set of test results in your original post so I can't fully advise you.

 

However, I can see that you (and others) have reported a problem with Telkomsel based in the Indonesia. As your speed is bad for all but our Premium server, we can only conclude this is a fault at your ISP. You may wish to contact them for further advice.

Yeah. I have read tweets about how this ISP demand money from some server for fast access. I think Telkomsel is just being a jerk.
