Euenus
Razer Game Enhancer. Not only does it make your computer focus more on the game, it tells you if you need driver updates. It tweaks your computer to be more efficient.FPS Background Booster http://www.nexusmods...rim/mods/5695/?Skyrim GEMS 140 - Patches http://www.skyrimgems.com/Lower your graphics. chanchan05
What kind of Intel HD graphics? Are you sure your PC can handle the game? How about reducing resolution?
RelentlessGrit
I agree with chanchan05, that's a pretty weak setup. I'd suggest reducing all the settings to ultra low and work up medium.
chanchan05
I just threw your specs at Game Debate's "can I run it" calculator and it said that an Intel HD graphics chip (you didn't specify yours so I used an Intel HD 630T) and it said that while your CPU is capable, your Intel graphics HD is 267% less powerful than the recommended GPU when taking a playing resolution of 1280x720 in consideration. Adjusting to minimum specs, it seems than an Intel HD graphics card is also below minimum requirements for the game, about 10% weaker than the minimum required GPU. Basically that means your system can't run Skyrim properly. Forcing it may even cause hardware damage AFAIK (your graphics card may burn out). You'd need to buy a new GPU. You don't need an overly expensive one. http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=5980&game=The+Elder+Scrolls+V%3A+Dragonborn&p_make=Intel&p_deriv=Pentium+G640+2.8GHz&gc_make=Intel&gc_deriv=Intel+HD+Pentium+G630T&ram=6&screenRes_width_FPS=1280&screenRes_height_FPS=720&checkSubmit=#systemRequirements
