Can anyone make Air support mod?

Everytime when I play ready or not, I always think to myself: Wouldn't it be cool if there's air support mod?

You know, instead of breaching inside of a building with your team.

It would be just easy to call air support and kill everyone inside.

I'd love to know if making mod like this is possible.
