I forgot what software do I need to play my FO3 (yes, THREE) with mods. FOMM and what else..? If you can help, please, read.

OK, I got Windows 10 and a new hard disk (the old one failed and is useless) in my laptop and now I wanna install my old FO3 and, of course, to mod it.

But I forgot what all programs do I need for that.

I remember that there are: FOMM, Large address awareness enabler (??)...

So, what all do I need to run my FO3 smoothly and with mods? And, is there an installation order for that software? Oh, and links, please.

My laptop has 3GB RAM and I CANNOT afford a better one yet. So, no FO4 for me for now.

The FO3 is the DVD retail edition.

PS: The FO3 used to function just fine on this very laptop - with the necessary programs I am asking here for AND with over 50 mods. I remember that my LO was really very long.

Thanks in advance for your help. I am a BIG FO3 fan and an even bigger FO3 nostalgic. I could play it forever:)

Sincerely yours,

ShidentoraReal

You will need FOSE https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8606

New Vegas Anti-Crash (NVAC) https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635

Fallout Stutter Remover (FSR) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8886

Large Address Enabler https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6510 This probably won't help you with only 3GB Ram, since you will need some RAM available for your system.

This is all I can think of at the moment. Install FOSE first, then the others manually.

Hey, thanks. But wouldn't that be FO3 anticrash? This is not about FO New Vegas... I suppose that I will need FOMM as well. Hm, it's a weird feeling to return to once so familiar waters which look so alien now.

Kudos to you.
