Sorceress111 Posted June 11, 2023 Share Posted June 11, 2023 Elven commander Vernossiel from the quest "Woodland Beast" says her unit killed only Redanian soldiers. But on the crime scene we can see 4 civilian bodies (in Old-Gen version at least). So I think it's right to kill those elves like bandits. But aftermath of that suppose that this is a bad ending - a soldier plans to kill every 10th elf in the neighborhood after Geralt's report. (If the Scoiataels are spared, he doesn't.)
