3d Mesh Texture Loading Issues

New to modding in general but just had a question on textures.

 

I have my 3d model imported, looks great, have the weights custom fitted and textures loading perfectly. I have everything in the 00 folder good to go and up close 4k textures are crisp looking and loading properly. I seem to be having issues when the camera zooms out from my 3d model where the textures don't load properly anymore. I'm almost certain it's because I am only modifying the 4k highest resolution maps and not the lower res maps that load from farther distance. Most mods I have looked at have multiple folders 00-05 listed, are these the lower resolution maps? I've replaced them with properly sized images but still have this issue of textures slowly unloading as the camera moves farther away from the character. If anyone can help guide me to the proper fix or solution I would greatly appreciate it.
