Sorry, I couldn't find 1.8, as it's an exclusive download to eaglered.net (IE, nobody else is allowed to put it up for download), but I did manage to find the BETA 1.0 here: http://commandandconquer.filefront.com/file/Eagle_Red;34088 Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
