StealthicKhaos
Heres what it looks like for Coyote Armor, this '!' comes up for the hover chair. j3x motorcycle, Flickones power armor, and alien assault rifle...These are the only mods I downloaded other than my personal vertibird, and the big slugger. Flickones Armor DID work, until I download three mods at once, which were pip boy glow blue and amber, a quest where you have to keep you sanity or somthing, I can search it if you want to know, and Ghost Radio. None of these worked though. Anyone wanna help? I dont know whats up with FOSE, (2nd picture)
StealthicKhaos
Is this what I have to do? When I tried to download beta fose, it said it needed to know the author and we had to search the web. So I opened it up with FOMM
phoneyLogic
To the FOSE problemFOSE is not compatible with the original, unpatched DVD or Steam version. Please patch to a newer version.-> What Patch Version do you use? The Installation of FOSE1. Copy the .dll files and fose_loader.exe to your Fallout 3 directory. This is usually in your Program Files folder, and should contain files called Fallout3.exe, FalloutLauncher.exe and the G.E.C.K. (if installed).2. Launch Fallout by running fose_loader.exe from the Fallout3 directory.-> Think that's O.K. (all mentioned in the Read Me)================================================= Installation of ModsReally read the ReadMe! There everything the Mod needs should be mentioned. Some Mods requires other Mods to work and so on. 1. The Folder structure must be correct-> If you download a Mod, it is packed -> unpack (or extract, means the same)After unpacking you have a Folder structure and maybe a Plugin fileCopy and paste both as they are into your data folderPlugins and Folders named meshes, textures and sound are right in Datahttp://www.loaditup.de/files/352572.gif 2. Do the ArchiveInvalidationUse >>>> AI-Invalidated or the FOMM-Function (I don't use FOMM so you have to figure it out) 3. Check your Plugins at your Launcher Problems-> If you get those red Diamonds with a <!> inside, then your mesh is wrong/missing or the Archive Invalidation failed. (Point 1 or 2)-> If you get Texture Problems, then the Texture is wrong or the AI-Invalidation Many Weapon Mods need Textures and Meshes ...Other problems:the downloaded files are corrupted ...the Mod needs a DLC to work ...the Mod needs another Mod to Work... Would say check your Folder structure. And check out the ReadMe'sAnd ensure you, that the Archive-Invalidation is done!
