Power Armor with Shoulder Turret

Hello, So Has anyone ever made or considered the idea of a Shoulder Machine Gun or Mini gun or plasma on Power Armor or just without Power armor that works as a turret, It can be fallout new Vegas or Fallout 4, Something like it that has not been tried, A example to this and idea is like the Iron Man Death Machine or like from AVP, A true working weapon and armor that works with you using Armor or without armor with also using your own weapon.

It's possible to create animations and an armor-mounted weapon, at least in appearance, but to have one that is actually separate from your equipped weapon simply isn't possible in either game. Creature enemies in NV all have embedded weapons (a weapon integrated into the creature model), and the Securitrons can switch between melee, their arm/hand SMG or laser, and the rocket pods on their shoulders, but the player can't have an embedded weapon.

With the KNVSE animation plugin, it's entirely possible to have a gun with a custom animation set that fires from the shoulder, but it wouldn't swivel on a mount, only follow the camera, as any other weapon does.

Well this exists, if you wanted a plasma variant that'd be a cool small project to do and surely hasn't been done before.
