Hi, I don't know whether this helps, but in your load order you have two redundant entries for "The Eyes of Beauty". One called "The Eyes Of Beauty.esp" and one called "TheEyesOfBeauty.esp". Maybe this conflicts and is responsible for the missing eyes. Imo you could try to delete or move the file without the spaces between the words to a different folder as a test.

pretty obvious fix idea that I overlooked. Problem is it did nothing. I'm going to take a look at the files and see if there is something else that's a red flag. Thank you!
