Firearms not rendering the rounds being fired followed by a crash / melee causing crashes

As the title suggests, my game crashes very often, even WITH NVAC and YUP. I have noticed something that tends to happen whenever it does, firearms do not render rounds being fired unless looking through a scope, the easiest way to tell is with a plasma weapon or by shooting at a wall and seeing if theres any bullet impacts. It only properly works at point blank to where id basically have to shove the rifle down the throat of an enemy to hit them. So I try melee, and it crashes upon melee. If this bug occurs, it also tends to crash whenever I fast travel or do much of anything, since the crash at that point is almost inevitable, and happens frequently to the point that the game is just about unplayable, especially the further into the game I get.

There are some files that do not have an ,esm/,esp and since only .esm/,esp files are shown in the load order, those files without an .esm/.esp would not be listed. ie: NVSE, NVTF, NVSR, texture files, etc. Even though they are not listed in the load order, they will still affect performance.
