need help with body replacer

hi guys i installed type v body replacer today

and for some reason my player keeps a pink bar and pantys on

shes not nude can anyone help me with this

have you done the Archive-Invalidation with AI-Invalidated or do you use a textfile?

 

You get a pink body when you did the AI with a ArchiveInvalidation.txt file successfully but the textures are missing or on a wrong place.

 

So are the Mesh and Textures in their right place?

 

The Body-Mesh (=File with ending .nif) belongs into:

<Your Install Folder> \Fallout 3\Data\meshes\characters\_male\femaleupperbody.nif

 

The Body-Textures with ending .dds belong into:

...\Fallout 3\Data\textures\characters\female\

I don't know all the details of those mods, but the default underwear isn't pink (also isn't all that flattering). I would try disabling each of your plugins one by one and see if that helps. Did any of your other plugins or mods make you add meshes and textures to the F03 directory?

 

EDIT: you can ignore the unofficial patch obviously

Im pretty sure they had meshes and texters in all the mods

more than likely the problem is due to the textures and meshes that were added. This would be a bit more complicated to fix and I don't think I'd be much help. Rather than going through the trouble of finding the problematic textures/meshes I'd just start a new install, reinstall the plugins and mods I wanted one at a time, at the same time backing up any replaced or deleted textures or meshes. That way when you find out which mod is the problem you can leave it off or at least leave off the offending textures and hope for the best. Good Luck

This is not the vanilla (default) mesh & texture and also not the pure type v body replacer.

 

Think there is an Mod that adds underwear.

 

You could try to uncheck:

 

DIM TYPE3clothesRETAIL.esp

Sasha Ashe.esp

 

to test what's changing

 

 

and maybe

SCC Armor.esp

Sharing and Caring Companions.esm

i would install Dimonizsd type 3 bodys then reinstall type V then use ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated

as Type V is based on Type 3 this will get everthing working :)
