I asked a friend (We have the same ISP) to download a file from nexus but his download speed is faster and more stable than mine, his download speed (3MB/s) is what I used to get when I download from the site. Files that I download that are smaller than 20MB gets downloaded really fast but files larger than 20MB gets slower speed (24-40kb/s using MO2 and browser).

Been experiencing the same problem for almost a week now. I'm also from PH and also have Converge as my ISP.
I was only able to download from the 5 test servers when I used Microsoft Edge, instead of Chrome.

It sounds like a fault with your ISP, you may need to contact them to report the issue. Or you could try using a VPN?

Hmm, I'm not really sure what to suggest. Your results show that your connection to our Premium servers is fine, so it seems to be a connection problems to the free servers.

found a momentary solution by using VPN, I connected to a JP server and got the free member dl speed (3mb/s) but sometimes the IP that the VPN uses gets blocked by the site.
