Your download tests don't show any issue with your connection. Have you tried anything on your side to fix it? Such as restarting your router?

Sadly restarting the router wasn't an option for me, but i did try some other troubleshooting. Change from wired to wifi, windows internet troubleshooting, restarting the pc, restarting vortex, manual download, different browsers. No change.

 

I do find it odd that the default(?) cdn test peaked at 0.2MB/s while direct connections worked fine.

 

In the end I just bought a year of Premium, and that seems to work perfectly fine, so I guess its related to the free servers?

(iceland) i also have the same problem and im also premium, i dont know how to do the same tests as the op here, i have 1gb download and upload and the only thing that is slow is vortex download speeds, it often gets stuck or drops down to less then 10 kb, like im currently downloading a collection thats only 2.8gb and its taken an hour to get to 1.8gb
