AgentChieftain Posted July 7, 2023 Share Posted July 7, 2023 I recently downloaded this mod, which adds a version of the Enclave Officer Hat to the game with the same stats as 1st Recon Beret, as I wanted a black hat that matches with the elite riot gear, rather than the bright red 1st Recon Beret.
