I'm having speed problems downloading mods

Internet Service Provider (ISP): Converge

 

Average Download Speed (non-Nexus downloads): 20MB/s

 

I can't even install the test because the download is 20kb/s (peak) it sometime even goes to bytes.

 

1. The sense check

- The download doesn't have problems starting its just so slow

- I'm not downloading anything either

- I'm using vortex and its updated but the download is still slow

 

2. Sever Test

- The EU and US servers are not working

- Worldwide (Premium CDN): 21.0 MB/s

 

 

3. Getting an example download link

- I tried downloading the 20mb file and it finished in an instant the I tried the 500mb and the problems occurs again. The download again is KB/s
