Deleted82574918User
Are there any guides on how to create static meshes of NPCs for idle poses to be used in load screens? EDIT: Is there a written outline for the workflow pipeline? Edited July 9, 2023 by Guest
SonAnima
Idk if there's a outline for it but in the Creation Kit there is a subsection called LoadScreenArt under Static in the WorldObjects section. The files appear as LoadScreenArt/nameofobject.nif So you would have to make a nif file containing the model that you want in game and add it to that section. As to how to create static meshes you would have to learn how to model in general. Your gonna need the following 3DS Max/Blender/Maya - to make the model. Blender is free while the other 2 are paid products Outfit Studio - So you can export your model and turn it into a nif file. Its free and can be found on Nexus Nifskope - To open and edit nif files. Also free and can be found on Nexus Creation Kit or FO4Edit (also goes by XEdit) - for editing or adding to game files so you can make your mods. Both are free. FO4Edit is on Nexus while Creation Kit is on Steam. I hope this answers your question. Edited July 9, 2023 by SonAnima

Haven't had any luck with the guides and plugins.
