Biscuit456
I just started using mods and so I downloaded the Nexus mod manager. I downloaded 2 mods with nmm and when I opened up the program, they didn't show up. So I tried it again and still nothing, I also tried closing it and opening it. Any help would be great!!! DrTredBear
Nexus mod manager is "ehhhhh" (inb4 admin ban for not using their product)I beleive you should use Fallout Mod Manager, it is what I think is prefered.I am going to tell you how to get it to work the FALLOUT MOD MANGER WAY. sheesh Now. You need to drop the mod files into your data folder. If you have Fallout from steam, your data folder should be in:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data If you have a non steam version, it should be in:C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas\Data now, most mods are .esp and you drop these .esp files into the data folder, that is all you do. When you run Fallout, you should use the Fallout mod manager to do that, for it runs all the files when you start the game. When you launch Fallout Mod Manager, make sure you have the mods/addons checked with the box next to it's name, the checked items will be loaded into the game when you launch it, you then click "Launch NVSE" to start the game, and it will work. I hope that helps
