LFact
Most likely combined result of Custom Head Mesh/Custom Facial Texture/Crazy Slider Tweaking. No, I'm not joking.

Im confused about what you said o_O I don't think RAIAR released save file here. What I said is, face shape in this game is determined by:- Head mesh- Facial texture (even without changing shape, texture make things different)- and Facegen slider values You can make good-looking face with vanilla head mesh, but it's not easy(unless you're using SI Facegen Modeller and Facegen to Oblivion converter). The reason why custom head meshes, such as Ren's or idkrrr's are popular is, you can make decent looking face without too many slider tweaking. bben46
If you look through the mod categories you will find a category called 'Saved Games'. These are usually player characters saved just before exiting the sewer. the last place you can make changes to a character. Download one you like and place it in your save games. Usually located in My Documents/ My Games/ Oblivion/ Saves. Make sure you have all of the mods required for that character - usually they will be listed, but sometimes the modder forgets that he has a special texture that he used for that character. And some pics may be photoshopped to make them look better. Especially around the neck area. Another trick is for the author to jack up the game resolution to max just to take the screen shot. Just because the pic looks like that you may not be able to play with that resolution and an fps of 7. There is always a trade off between visuals and performance.
