Favors for Certain Interested Parties job board won't open

So I heavily mod, and deep in massive modding project atm. And along the way I seem to have broken Favors for Certain Interested Parties job board (it won't open). I have been making quests and altering these types of files. But I can't see where exactly, where I have messed up, and removing my entire override folder doesn't correct it (I am guessing there is some cache/temporary file issue there?).

Usually, I am pretty good at troubleshooting my own issues when modding but this is a weird one because, well the toolset doesn't seem to match the game for this. The dialogue from the bartender is not his dialogue, so I can't see where things tie in easily. Does anyone have experience with this scope of the quest/dialogue part of this Favors for Certain Interested Parties area?

Are you working in/editing a unique, user-created module, or in the default Single Player module?

The toolset can spit out a lot of garbage files into override, that should be cleaned up after each use, but removing all files in override should resolve any issues created by that.

I am mostly using Single Player Module (but one component, which I tried to have separate is an add-in/module, I have disabled to removed that too, it is just the talk files), and I on top of when I remove the override folder try to clean out those extra files often.

I even tested my full playthrough with no mods file, it won't work either.

I even went as far as doing a soft reinstall of steam aka the "last ditch effort" (https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/523897277925961755/) in case, but it still persists.

I just am highly annoyed the bartender's dialogue doesn't seem to be in the toolset, and his UTC isn't tied to the correct conversation. I might be able to see more if if we did X /

It's a very bad practice to work in Single Player. It can (and will) break the game. Therefore, creating a custom module is the first thing that should be done, before anything else.

Yes, the Rumors Man (Bartender) dialogue is inaccessable in the toolset. This B2B is supposed to fix that error.

TBH I do not know how to properly work with a custom module, and never successfully did it (my toolset is mostly a graveyard of modules that never worked), all it ever did—was not what I wanted (or anything), and it stresses the hell out of me because of that. And every guide has not helped me understand it, and how to properly use it—so I gave up—and have been successful in modding for over a year, so naturally it never was a worry to me.

This small component is the first one I have tried, again (since I had such bad luck, I thought I'd start small, and if successful try to actually learn how to use modules), and it was around the time that broke the game too, so I am not thrilled about that either. I feel it is more of a chance of why my game broke, rather than the other reason.

Thank you I'll have a look there then.

Good news!

Thanks to you pointing me to the restored dialogue mod, I found that my restoring cut content was actually breaking hidden content (the rogue box).

I am all set now, not sure why removing it from override didn't work, but undoing my edits did (and it is probably exactly what you told me about editing in single player).

I probably could have been at this for days or longer without the help, ty!
