LE Mod Request to Make Second Garden Instead of an Animal Pen

I use Lakeview Manor primarily for the farm/gardening aspect and get vey annoyed when my cows and chickens keep getting kiled by wild animals, giants, and bandits that keep attacking it. I don't mind the attacks so much but I never used the animals and got sick of buying new ones constantly. Thus I was wondering if someone could make a simple mod that gives you the option to build a garden in the work bench instead of an animal pen.

 

You could ideally remove the animal pen and build a garden. It could require the same materials that the normal vanilla garden costs and would be just as big as the animal pen or whatever. This would be epic and I would use it a lot as I love Alchemy in Skyrim and planting my own ingredients to harvest. Well here's to hoping anyways and many thanks in advance! :)
