OBSE Causing Crashes

I'm new to modding, and of course OBSE, and I've run into some problems. Firstly, I have only three mods installed - the character overhaul v2, map marker overhaul, and varla/welkynd stones respawning. I know none of these is causing my game to crash, because I disabled them one at a time.

The first few times the game crashed, it was at very random spots, like on the Cloud Ruler/Bruma road, or the Bruma south road, and then in the Imperial Waterfront. But now, it's crashing every single time I try and load up a save. The loading bar finishes, but before I get to see the game itself, Oblivion crashes.

I loaded up the game without the launcher, and it went just fine. I have the latest version of OBSE, I knew how to install it. I run Windows 7, I have an AMD C-50 1GHz processor, 3 GB of installed RAM... and my OS is a 64-bit.

What can I do to try and fix OBSE?

Is there anything I can actually try? Even with no mods installed, it still crashed - and that's without OBSE even doing anything but launching the game. If it's that my computer can't handle the scripting, I can immediately prove that it's wrong just by having no mods for OBSE to help with the scripting in the first place.

It is very rare for OBSE to actually cause a crash. It has been a very stable part of Oblivion for years. However, it is not uncommon for a particular mod that requires OBSE to be the cause of crashing.

This is not characteristic of OBSE - if it has a problem, it teds to crash immediately.

The most common cause - not starting the game every time using OBSE instead of the game launcher. OBMM and NMM both have built in OBSE launchers. But you actually have to read the instructions to get them to work.

The second most common - using an older version of OBSE than a mod requires to work. If a mod was made using a newer version that you have - it will crash.

And Not installing OBSE properly - Not reading the installation instructions will cause you to fail.

If your machine can run vanilla Oblivion at a reasonable fps, then it should be able to run it with OBSE.

My guess is possibly a load order conflict

Ever since getting my mods, I have used OBSE to launch. I use a shortcut on my desktop, so of course, I edited where the file looked for the launcher. I know I installed OBSE right, it really isn't a hard thing to install.

I use the current version of OBSE - the files say obse_1_2_416. I even redownloaded OBSE using the latest version.

As I stated before, I installed it correctly, so it might be a load order conflict. Here is my load order:
