question about Unholy Darkness mod

I'm gonna play through Oblivion for the first time and I've looked into some mods to use. One of them is Unholy Darkness. I've heard that in the original game there is only 2 quests you can do as vampire and that Unholy Darkness offers much more content. This sounds good to me so why not install it?

However when I tried it out I was immediately asked if I wanted to become a vampire, a question I would definitely answer no to because I don't want to change to much of the original game since it's the first time I play it.

So my question now is if Unholy Darkness is a good mod for a first-timer that doesn't want to much of the original game to be changed and who doesn't have enough time to play through it twice? I don't mind if a lot of things are ADDED to the original game by mods, I just don't want to much to be CHANGED.

If I decide to use this mod and answer 'no' to the question in the beginning, will it be possible to become one later instead? And will it be possible to be cured again like in the original game?

I basically want to play like this:

play a normal non-vampire player just like in the original game ----> become vampire for a while and do the related quests, and some extra quests added by mods would be nice too ----> become cured from vampirism and then play on as normal again just like the original game

Is that possible with this mod?
