Hi, Morzan Here. I Would like to "Load Model" from the preview menu like a Ash Vampire or Vivec, and to possibly use it to make a new race. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLEASE?

Erm... what do you mean? Do you want to know how to get creatures to appear in the render window in the CS or something? Could you be a bit clearer?

Well, Well, Well, Looks like Abramul saw my other script! (I'm FLATTERED someone noticed!) Well to Switch, what i ment was I would like to Make a PLAYABLE race that LOOKS like a Ash Vampire or Man-God (Vivec) using the Graphics of the Ash Vampire.

If you mean the ash zombie or ash slave creatures i don't think you can do it without 3dmax or something. And Vivec is a creature, the models in the creature list won't work in the NPC list or for playable characters.

 

You could make a playable vampire race using the vampire heads.

Go to Race, make new race. Check the box Playable.

Go to body Parts

Select each bodypart you need, change the ID, it will ask you to make a new object, select yes, then change it to your new race.

( chest, upperarm, forearm ,wrist, hand, hand.1st, neck, head, hair, groin, upperleg, lowerleg, ankle, foot.) i think thats all.

You can have only one body part per race per gender.

On the heads select the models with a V, the ones with N are normal.

 

thats the easy way without using the Add Art button.

 

You can make new objects either have to have the meshes and textures on your drive or have the CD in your drive.

 

I just made a playable Darth Maul race using retextured skin, The head isn't mine though, it's a lot better than the body i made. I didn't have to use more than one head and hair or make female parts.
