LE Texture fix for Sky Haven Temple

Oh by the Nine, look at this hideousness I encountered on my travels. I hadn't noticed it before but I recently installed ALL THE HIGH RES TEXTURES (I am talking about a full blown texture overhaul where I pick, choose, mix and match textures so I get the most amazing result in textures in my game.

 

Then I walked into Karthspire and Sky Haven again.. And my eyes.. they are burning... please make it STAPH! ;___;

Why cannot I find a retexture set that fixes this abomination :sad:

 

Same goes for the steps in that general area, they use the same hideous blot of pixels.

 

Much appreciated if anyone can deliver or lead me to the right direction of how to go on about fixing this horridness.

I know this is old, but stumbled upon it as well to try and fix up my Sky Haven Temple. There is a reason it isn't that popular and why there aren't any textures really for it, hahaha. The solution is to know what meshes are connected and to not include those textures, as in careful to not OVER mod things else you get this sharp contrast between really high resolution textures and vanilla ones.

 

However even by vanilla standards those look really off, for those seeking in the future I hope you are using the HD textures that Bethesda provides.

 

Skyrim Realistic Overhaul does these in a 2K upsize, same thing just a bit sharpened but still looks better than the HD standard versions (1K).

I've recently started playing Skyrim again and walked into Sky Haven Temple. I immediately started looking for a HD texture pack that touched it and found none. This will be my next project as soon as I finish Spellbreaker. Textures will be 2k (wall 4k) and have parallax. I hope to have it done by Christmas.
