Flowing Cape Mod

Hey everyone, just wondering how easy it would be to create a flowing cape mod, i.e one that flaps when you run and stuff... I know the guy who runs the Swords of Morrowind site created a flowing robe, but when i tried it it crashed my game.

so, i have three questions:

1. Does anyone know how to get the flowing cape from the Sords of Morrowind site working?

2. Does anyone know of any other flowing cape/robe mod?

and

3. If a working one doesnt exist, how easy will it be to create one, and how should i go about it?

thanks a lot....

ive dloaded the fantastic Cloak of Three by Mykul which has capes in it that look as though they are being blown by the wind but really are just rigid. Dont get me wrong its a great mod but i just think it would be a nice touch to the game to have a flowing cape thats billows and flaps.....

The cloaks mod is nice but they just stick out. To create flowing caps you would have to program an animation for them which would be really, really hard work. Sorry but, only the team over at Bethesda could do something like that... if it was possible.

Actually, some of the signs on the taverns and shops billow in the rain or sandstorms. If someone scripted a way that it would not flap without wind,or when inside, and changed the animation so that it would not fall far enough to cause clipping, then it could be applied to a similarly shaped object(In this case,a cloak.) and used without all that nasty "Billowing inside" or "My feet are clipping" effects.

I have the intelligence, not the skill.
