Silver weapons harm player vampire.

I was wondering if there is a mod for something like this. I like playing an immersive experience in skyrim. I play with Frostfall and Realistic Needs ect. I was thinking of the fact that according to the skyrim wikia...using silver weapons causes 20 attack/3x more against undead enemies, but also adds more if the player is a vampire. As seen here.

When used against the Undead such as Draugr, Skeleton, and Dragon Priests the base damage of the weapons is increased by 20 points. Despite the description, Werewolves are affected as well. They can be considered the strongest swords in the game when fighting Undead or Werewolves. The base damage of the sword will also increase by 20 points if the player is a vampire.

So I thought it'd be cool to have a mod that causes constant damage if the player is a vampire. When equip you're constantly losing damage, making it a last result against vampires/werewolves/undead ect. As it stands in my playthrough silver weapons are amazing and I use mine often, but doesn't go for that immerse feel like the rest of my game to be able to freely wield the silver weapons. So any ideas if something like this exists or how hard it'd be to make it?

Base damage means the damage of the sword without the bonus vs Undead, not that the damage affects the player if they are undead - although I agree with you it should.

Vampires and Werewolves should not be able to equip anything made from silver, and Vampire Dovahkiins should not be able to collect silver ore, ingots, garlic, holy water, silver jugs etc etc without being damaged by them.

So what it is saying is that if the silver sword does 10 base damage, +20 against Undead and werewolves, when wielded by a Vampire it will do 30 damage, plus 20 vs Undead and werewolves. That's how I read it, anyway. This may be to simulate the Vampire's extra, supernatural strength.

But you have a good idea. It should be doable with OnEquip scripts, but may conflict with a lot of crafting mods for weapons and jewelry.
