anjenthedog
And not just once, but multiple times, at multiple player homes. Normally, when I cell change, and specifically for the purposes of this post, when I cell change into a player home, the "process" takes several seconds. I click the entrance marker, enter a black out, and several seconds later I come out of blackout inside the home (along with any accompanying buff sounds) When I do so while TM is active, I am immediately inside with a fully rendered interior. There's still a slight delay in my ability to control my character, presumably a lockout that's only lifted once everything else is in place, ie to render my character and do whatever else needs done (like reapplying buffs), but the view change itself is instant, with no blackout. Not complaining, not worrying, just sharing an observation. I thought it was ~interesting-ish
IsharaMeradin
Since there is a 'loadingmenu.swf' file, I suspect that the loading screen is technically a menu. Would stand to reason if the use of TM prevents the loading screen from appearing. I wonder if it would reappear if you turned TM off during the transition. TBH I rarely see loading screens on cell changes for some reason, just a black out and reveal. Not that they don't happen at all, but really, it's pretty rare, mainly on game save loads, which I don't usually do while playing, just when starting up a session. Nonetheless, I'll give it a try and see what happens, soon as I can. I'm "off" for the night (my b-day and doing other things later) so I'll try to post tomorrow with something. anjenthedog
Ok, tired several times this morning to do that. I wasn't fast enough I guess. Nothing happened (that is, beyond what I already reported) ymmv. Might try it yourself. Maybe you'll have better luck
