I wake up in the Brotherhood Citadel, fully armored and nobody comes to greet me. The two quests Take It Back! and Project Impurity still show as well. I'm a bit confused, so here's my load order. Are any of these mods the cause of my problem or should I arrange some things? If you change anything about you character (hair, clothes or anything else added by a mod) you must have Custom Race Endings Broken Steel Override http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6240/ Also, use only one Optional VATS and one Optional Restore Tracers. I installed the mod you suggested and removed the unnecessary mods from my load order, but I'm still having the same exact problem. Here's my new load order: EDIT: ok so I was able to get around this by ending the quests with console commands when I woke up in the citadel, then talking to Elder Lyons (he was in bed).
