Issues with downloads

Hello i am having issues downloading anything over 3mb. below is all the info requested/

 

Okay country is Canada.

BTW i have also check the firewall and restarted my modem which i connect to directly. And i am able to download smaller files without issues even using the same download link server.

It doesn't look like you did the server tests, please ensure you do all the required tests.

 

If you're struggling, you can use Vortex to run the tests for you.

How do you do this please

I got it the missing test results are download at average of 17MB/sec

If you're getting 17MB/s then it doesn't sound like you have an issue with downloads, or if you do it's not related to your connection to our CDN so it might be an issue with your PC or an ISP problem.

I ran the speedtest extention in vortex and the only thing it really said was to get premium. Problem i can not do so right now as my budget it spent this month

that is the weird part. It is the same server base the CDN one will download some but not others

I did so and posted the result of the speedtest app from vortex as well as i said some work others will not even from same servers CDN or supporter
